- lemon peel;
- two bell peppers;
- one tablespoon of sugar;
- two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- salt and pepper to taste.
The cooking process is as simple as possible. First, the lemon is peeled, and from its half the peel is cut into thin strips. Juice is squeezed out of citrus with a constant measurement of its volume. Diced sweet peppers.
