And then one of the enemies of any person comes to the scene in the summer - a sunstroke and his companion - overheating in the sun. They can occur in a person with a long stay under the sun's rays without the ability to cool the body. Another leader overheating is closed vehicles. They often careless owners leave pets, and often children, going shopping, a beauty salon or just on business.

It is necessary to give the victim a horizontal position and, if possible, cool his body. To do this, you can use towels soaked in cold water, wrapping them with the victim's body. When overheating in the sun, medicines such as "Nurofen" or "Panadol" will be effective, which will help to remove fever and lower body temperature. But what you should not do in any case, is to put the patient in cold water entirely or to pour it. A big temperature difference will not do.
