02Izrial spy Jonathan Pollard, an American intelligence officer who passed American secrets on the supply of weapons of mass destruction to Syria. Look carefully into his eyes ... This picture was taken immediately after the arrest of Pollard in 1985. It is noteworthy that at first Pollard managed to circle the finger of the FBI agents, and, having avoided his arrest, he reached the embassy of Izrial. He was admitted to the reception. And then an officer of the Mossad came to him and said:
- You are ordered to leave the gate and enter through the other, central ones.
“You’re crazy, because the FBI’s car is already there, they’ll arrest me immediately,” exclaimed Pollard, amazed.
“I can do nothing, this is an ambassador’s order,” the officer replied.
Pollard had no choice but to obey and drive the car through the gate. Where he and "adopted" by the FBI.
In the end, Pollard was given a life sentence, and by now he has been in prison for almost 30 years. The United States has long been no longer supplying nerve gas to Syria; moreover, Syria has been declared an enemy of the United States. And so, the other day there were rumors that Israel demanded the release of its agent in exchange for accepting the US deal with Iran.
